How we approach it

We read the plans before we quote, walk the space with you, and flag the things drawings miss — the island that needs two circuits, the pantry that deserves a light, the older wiring that should be brought up to code while the walls are open. Rough-in and finish get scheduled around your other trades so nobody waits on the electrician.

Permits, code, and what happens next

Remodel wiring is permitted and inspected, and we pull the permit and meet the inspector.
