Lighting design & upgrades

What this covers

Lighting is the difference between a house and a home that feels right. We redesign, reconfigure, and upgrade lighting — so every room finally feels the way it should.

Included

• Lighting redesign and installation
• Recessed (can) lighting
• Under-cabinet lighting, as well as over- and in-cabinet lighting
• Dimmers and smart lighting controls
• Ceiling fan installation
• Security lighting

How we approach it

We start with how you actually use the room — where you read, cook, work, and wind down — then build the light in layers: task light where you need it, ambient light that flatters the space, and accent light that earns its switch. Dimmers and controls get chosen to give you freedom to dial in your preferences.

What happens next

For bigger redesigns we’ll walk the rooms with you and mark every can, pendant, and switch location before cutting a single hole. Retrofit work in finished ceilings gets clean cuts, minimal patching, and fixtures that look like the house was built for them.

Bring us the room you don’t love. We’ll show you what light can do for it.
